What is a Serial #?

A Serial # is between 10 and 30 digits, with dashes, that unlocks the software or modules in RightClick. When you purchase RightClick or additional modules, we provide you with a Serial #. The Serial # is your specific key and no two serial numbers are the same. Use the Serial # when setting up RightClick for the first time. You will rarely have to use your Serial # after the initial setup of RightClick. The Serial # is printed on your invoice from Wise Choice Software.

 

What is a Support ID?

A Support ID is a number between 5 and 20 digits (no dashes) that identifies your company to us. It is used by RightClick, by our phone system and on our web site. The Support ID defines several items of information about your company, including your company name, support date range, number of workstations and modules installed. The Support ID changes when you purchase or renew an annual telephone support contract. You do not need to memorize, simply have it handy when contacting us, using it gets you the fastest service possible. Click here to get your Support ID faxed to your office. Back

 

Where do I find my Support ID?

Your Support ID is printed on your original invoice purchase of RightClick software. The Support ID is also printed on subsequent invoices, work orders, statements and other documents that we may fax or mail to you. If you have an Internet connection RightClick can also download your Support ID. Back
